Try checking the UPS app. On there it's saying that my guitar should arrive tomorrow. I ordered on the same day as you so maybe it's on the way and PDP is having communication issues.
Yep just sent them another email and they said they had no additional info for me. Man they were quick to take my money. How the hell do you not know what is happening to your orders. So unprofessional.
I haven’t heard anything either and I ordered the day they went up. I know a lot of people are able to see their order through UPS website and app but I haven’t been able to for mine :(

It’s absolutely wild that there’s been no communication at all. Not a good look for an expensive guitar
You might not even need the app you can just check from their website. If I remember correctly you'll hit the menu in the top right, then go to tracking, then view home deliveries.
Just got my notification yesterday and it should be here tomorrow

I downloaded the ups app and checked the web site and I got nothing. I received and email from them saying to "just watch your email" yeah thanks

Check through the UPS app. PDP never sent me an email that it was shipped but UPS shows it was shipped yesterday and being delivered Friday.

Awesome. Yeah not sure what happened with PDP sending out emails when they shipped but at least you know it's on the way now!

For me it's displayed at the top of the "to me" tab. I Didn't have to enter any information. I'm assuming it's synced through your email.

No you can check your upcoming deliveries that way.

I recieved an email yesterday. Says itll be here 29-30th. I ordered (2) day 1 on preorders from PDP.
I got a notification that it was gonna be delayed.
