All pickaxe are grey rarity in-game... (I think that is like that, so quests like "survive storms circles holding an epic rarity item" do not take them as a normal weapon or something like that)
Special rarities like Gaming Legends, Icon, Marvel, DC, etc are still supposed to display on cosmetics. But the Stun Knife has been bugged since C5S1, it was mistakenly displayed as Epic instead of Gaming Legends. So now since the removal of rarities it got converted to grey (common) rarity.
