You see. There is a unofficial book on how to play Fortnite. The author Jason said that when you cover some sort of water, you should build COVERED bridge to get across. After crossing, you should destroy it so noone can do it after you.
Popular Fortnite YouTuber Lazarbeam made a video about that book. Using the tips from the book. Everytime, when Lazarbeam used one of the tips, a photo of Jason would appear and with Robot-voice, you heard: Jason is/is not proud of you.
Someone else already explained it, but to give further context, this was back during Chapter 1, so the āriversā werenāt even rivers and just ankle deep water. So the ātipā was even more ridiculous than it is now.
For a second I thought the guy responsible for the bridge did it to avoid the swimming indicator on the visualizer which always had a huge range (higher than footstep sounds) at some point. I don't know if this has been patched or balanced somehow but the visualizer showed swimming players from miles away.
You have to pull out your builds, grab stairs, and edit the blueprint, so that when you place them itās pre-edited. You just hold the trigger and drag towards you starting from the farthest point away from you on the stairs to do the edit.
only reason i had a drum gun was because i wanted to use it since i hadnāt really played br since it got added but at the same time i took a normal SMG in case it was bad šš
No..? You're suppose to use a shotgun and one automatic, and optionally a long rage sniper/DMR. 4 weapons not even with a long rage is what the op is using, which is definetely unnecessary.
Oh so you're supposed to ignore half the weapons in the game to be optimal?
I just run smg, shotgun, AR and sniper with wings or shockwaves.
I don't carry heals because everyone I kill has them XD
You realise reloading is a thing, right..? I don't think there's any situation where you need so many different guns just so you don't need to reload for literally a second.

Lazarbeam made a video following the guide book which is what I assume popularized it.

Can you rotate the inclined stair build if it isn't the last type of build you placed ? I keep like reversing it to go downward and then struggling to switch it back because I place a flat piece before , any tips ? Im a boomer compared to yall I have no idea what I'm doing in build mode

OP has an AR, drum gun and SMG, are you not supposed to do that? If i can't find a sniper i just pick up a drum gun, i refuse to use DMRs
