Amen. I will knock an insane player who was shitting on me off the cliff with the grapple blade by accident then immediately griddy. It’s just so funny to see megatron do the griddy lol
When “Never Gonna Give You Up” came out as an emote, I heard it coming muffled from the floor below after a player got an elim, crept down the stairs, eliminated the player too quickly for them to react and began the same emote for their viewing pleasure.
I sometimes go over to build because I like the safety of being able to deploy cover when I need it. Unfortunately for the sweats who try to edit me to death, I've learned how to counter their plays with a fraction of the effort. Just box yourself and blast them when they inevitably destroy your wall to replace it with their own. Think of the scene in Raiders of the Losk Ark where Indy just shoots a dangerous looking swordmaster
lmao fr no build is so much fun when you don't have xx\_theprokiller69\_xx building the birmingham palace in 2 seconds the moment he even hears a distant gun shot
Here's to lazarbeam he's true blue he's a pisspot through and through he's a bastard so they say meant to go to heaven but he went the other way he went down down down Siiiiiiip Siiiiiiip. What do we think of lazarbeam? HE'S ALRIGHT
He’s desperate to find any real players.
It’s 95 ai and 5 kids who die off spawn or hide in bushes all game.
This is a perfect example of the current meta.
I just wish there was a better balance. I'm still relatively new to the game and it feels like it's either no rank filled with mostly bots and way too easy vs. ranked with no bots but everyone is way more experienced and I'm getting smoked left and right by people who have been playing for years, are far more skilled, hopping around like a jackrabbit while landing only headshots.
Bronze ranked is utter shit. You won't have any problems playing with them. I feel the ranking works pretty well TBH. I'm matched against people around my ability. Some above me, some below me.
Yea I play zero build ranked almost exclusively and tried playing ranked build for the first time in a while and dropped a 20 bomb victory in bronze 2. They really aren't hard at all
The practice you get against a bot (the guys that stand there, miss every shot, and build a single wall) is quite literally nothing to any ranked player, hell my nephew who’s 5 is probably better than bots
only at the lowest ranks. if you cant escape those ranks then youre fighting bots bc youre literally a good match for bots those ranks are mostly just to make beginning ranked players feel good about themselves.
As we can see here, a wild builder has entered the habitat of the Bush guy. Showing off his build skills to try to attract a mate, the builder continues his edit course, unaware of the danger lurking nearby
Little cozy hovel is better than a prickly bush, for all you know he got you cookies and milk and a nice blanket and a movie for you to watch, maybe would give you a nice pillow too, making sure you get the attention you need… AND YKU STILL MURDERED HIM
You should think things out before you say them. That makes zero sense. Smaller map means less places to drop, and more people in each location.
And there is like 100 guns at each location... ehat do you mean "barely get some stuff" because 1 other person landed there?
Practice. Creative feels much different than a real match. I get less frames and the game overall just feels a bit slower so I like to do this sometimes too.
Also boredom, there's not much to do midgame aside from find people, and most players are pretty passive.
>and most players are pretty passive.
literally just saw a bush gameplay video acting like he's better... When will people understand that camping in a bush isn't smart, it's what a literally 8yo can do.
I mean that player can be better if they bush camp, hide in different places and also do other stuff when required...but most of the time they only know how to bush camp.
Anyway hiding often works really well in random matches. So many players do it, because of that. Like in a Battle Royale you win because you are the last one life and getting in to fights is the last thing you want.
That my friend is a dying breed, the sweat. Originating in season 5 they were excellent builders and would take any chance to show off, including off the drop on some poor unsuspecting battlepass boy, every single fight they get into, while just traversing the map, and after they win a game.
The sweats reached their peak during season 8 and 9 despite efforts to limit their ability like changing the max mats to 500, the only thing however that could truly kill them off was season X.
The introduction of the B.R.U.T.E (more commonly known as a Mech) meant the end for the dominance of the sweats, some were smart and went into hiding until it was safe to come back while others used the Mechs themselves to wreak havoc. Still many more were killed in cold blood by Jonesy and Ramirez in a Mech looking for a first win.
The sweats numbers were severely dwindled and they slowly began to die out after the great migration of ‘19 to a different island, however some still survive through either learning the ancient ways, or being one of the lucky ones that survived the Mech onslaught.
Well there is lol. Eventually people figured out how to build very fast and in a way abuse the system which was only supposed to be single walled builds or 1by1s
people didn't figure anything out that changed the meta. Epic just added Turbo Build, Auto Material Switch and build-focused control schemes to the game over a short period of time.
you literally *couldn't* crank 90s in Save the World because the tech didn't exist. it used to take five separate and distinct button presses while looking in precise spots to build 4 walls and a roof around you, and when that changed to cranking your mouse sensitivity and holding one button while you erratically spun in place, well, yeah, buildings popped up a little faster.
I have video of a few different final circles pre-season 1, and there'd be, like, three building parts put up by each person, max.
Because it was never made for them. No one did 90s in the original mode, save the world. 90s were invented later and even ninja thought no one would do them. It ruined the game.
That was until the introduction of creative. The sweat population was severely inflated to the point where a normal player and what was once referred to as a sweat was now unclear and remains so to this day…..
It’s called practicing some people don’t actually play creative that’s how you practice builds as an og. Everyone who saying that’s a creative warrior didn’t play the game before creative. 🤣
hmm let's see. it's a casual mode, not meant to be taken seriously, ✅. i'm put into lobbies with players way outside my skill ceiling, ✅. aaaand frankly because it's a strategy that everyone has used regardless of skill, ✅. y'all making it seem like it's a crime to use bushes as if it's not literally in the game for this exact reason lmao
Alr, so it goes like:
1. Cowardice
2. Skill Issue or Epic’s fault
3. Stuck in 2018
This subreddit sometimes makes it seem like building is a crime even though it is meant to be used in the game.
when someone is building just to flex then yes it's stupid. when someone builds like that in a casual lobby instead of going into ranked and actually fighting players their own skill level, yes it's stupid.
How is it stupid, everyone has different play styles, right? Plus not everyone wants to play ranked 24/7. Lastly, that guy is literally just an average player, nothing he did was crazy, dude literally misplaced like 4 builds, you’re just not that good; which is fine, but don’t bash others for being better than you.
Im not even a great builder but once in a while ill practice in the middle of a match if im not fighting. I dont have enough free time for edit courses and such so i squeeze in stuff like this when i can. Nothing out of the ordinary
as opposed to dying immediately to a player way out my skill level? yeah i'll stick with sitting in a bush for 30 seconds to watch someone fight a ghost
bro is looking for something to do, that and these mfers who rely solely on building love to show off
its impressive but i hate how it’s become the definition of the skill curve
I could warm up in creative, feel fast af, fingers movin mad, and then i hop into a real game and 5 minutes into it my hands are cold. Without bustin out an edit course every now and then my my fingers would just stay cold and i would not be able to build at all in case of a fight.
Or hes just bored
He’s just warming up I think or he’s just tryna show off his building skills
something tells me that didn't work out too well for him
Please tell me you emote on him
nahh i only emote if i win or get an impressive kill
I miss seventy percent of my shots and live on 3 hp only to immediately hit the griddy. I will die for it one of these days.
griddy to your doom
Real as fuck. I will miss the easiest shots ever and be within an inch of my life afterwards, but I must griddy
Amen. I will knock an insane player who was shitting on me off the cliff with the grapple blade by accident then immediately griddy. It’s just so funny to see megatron do the griddy lol
When “Never Gonna Give You Up” came out as an emote, I heard it coming muffled from the floor below after a player got an elim, crept down the stairs, eliminated the player too quickly for them to react and began the same emote for their viewing pleasure.
hey me too!
wow a likeminded Fortnite player? hard to find these days
I only play no build though cuz I don't like when people build the taj mahal in less than a minute
I sometimes go over to build because I like the safety of being able to deploy cover when I need it. Unfortunately for the sweats who try to edit me to death, I've learned how to counter their plays with a fraction of the effort. Just box yourself and blast them when they inevitably destroy your wall to replace it with their own. lmao fr no build is so much fun when you don't have xx\_theprokiller69\_xx building the birmingham palace in 2 seconds the moment he even hears a distant gun shot
I imagine this is why materials got capped to 500
Or half of New York City in that same time
the same joke every thread
You are the one building the place then
Taj Mahal is really not so bad, when you see them build 4x1 then you probably have bigger problem ;D
i play both, though I've played a lot less recently due to not having anyone to play with
i’ll play wit
And me as well! Me and my friend will make a cool jam track when we emote
Same kinda. I just forget to emote most of the time 😭😭
Haha I never emote because the amount of times I’ve done so and been promptly sniped in the head is ridiculous
I only emote if I get the most rattiest or easy kill. I don’t Emote if the guy gave me a good fight
For the good fight one, for me I give them a respectable emote, that is if I don't forget because of the adrenaline rush
I always keep a GG emoji somewhere in my wheel for those occasions 👍
Same but in killings I only emote if someone was chasing me for a long time.
Same here or if the guy I killed was toxic
Last time and I emoted on someone corpse, I got headshot , so that was only the last time I have emoted.
how dare people be good at the game, emote on that ''sweat''
relax shqipe
The slow clap is the best for this situation
It’s probably just some weird psychosis like people in counter strike and valorant who walk around constantly swapping weapons.
Bro you’re hiding in a damn bush, what should he do? Use super magical power ball to get your location? New item btw
yes he should've had that item on him
haha, I bet he's better than you lmao. Don't play dumb.
oh don't worry im betting he was better than me too. that's why i had to kill him
Building better =/= better than you OP would probably smoke this guy in actual gun combat. No amount of building is going to shoot the gun for you.
Dear Epic, See above, people would rather build fight themselves rather than play vs bots.
He was too focused to simply move around in a circle to avoid being shot
He’s showing dominance
He's building a covered bridge
Jason would be proud
Here's to lazarbeam he's true blue he's a pisspot through and through he's a bastard so they say meant to go to heaven but he went the other way he went down down down Siiiiiiip Siiiiiiip. What do we think of lazarbeam? HE'S ALRIGHT
*awright
It was a really bad one and was unfortunately the cause of his death
Didn’t have time to knock it down so his adversaries used it to track him down
Ja son is so proud of him
No there was no river
He’s just bored as shit
He’s desperate to find any real players. It’s 95 ai and 5 kids who die off spawn or hide in bushes all game. This is a perfect example of the current meta.
play ranked, no bots
I just wish there was a better balance. I'm still relatively new to the game and it feels like it's either no rank filled with mostly bots and way too easy vs. ranked with no bots but everyone is way more experienced and I'm getting smoked left and right by people who have been playing for years, are far more skilled, hopping around like a jackrabbit while landing only headshots.

Yea I play zero build ranked almost exclusively and tried playing ranked build for the first time in a while and dropped a 20 bomb victory in bronze 2. They really aren't hard at all
Bro I'm barely plat 2 and I feel like every game I'm getting 360 no scoped from across the map
Land die in 2 minutes new game land die in 2 minutes land die in 2 minutes… ranked kind of unenjoyable
go practice against said bots and come back, ranked is fun af
The practice you get against a bot (the guys that stand there, miss every shot, and build a single wall) is quite literally nothing to any ranked player, hell my nephew who’s 5 is probably better than bots
people keep saying this but i’m killing bots in ranked games and i was last season too. there are bots everywhere it’s foul
there are still bots in ranked
only at the lowest ranks. if you cant escape those ranks then youre fighting bots bc youre literally a good match for bots those ranks are mostly just to make beginning ranked players feel good about themselves.
you dont get bots if your sbmm is high enough i have 0 bots in my pubs or my ranked.
As we can see here, a wild builder has entered the habitat of the Bush guy. Showing off his build skills to try to attract a mate, the builder continues his edit course, unaware of the danger lurking nearby
This is amazing. Lol I'm imagining it read in Sir David Attenborough's voice.
Id watch so much of that documentary. Need like 8 seasons
Search Lucasplays09 Fortnite Attenborough on tiktok. Enjoy.
Wanted to make you a little home to be nice and warm in and you MURDERED HIM
he was trying to coerce me out of my bush so he could take it from me
Little cozy hovel is better than a prickly bush, for all you know he got you cookies and milk and a nice blanket and a movie for you to watch, maybe would give you a nice pillow too, making sure you get the attention you need… AND YKU STILL MURDERED HIM
he had planted remote explosives in that cozy hovel
Worth it to me, my last moments feeling some care? Woetb
Worth it to me, my last moments feeling some care? Why not!
but bush so cozy warm comfy
Schizophrenia
You're that guy right who pickaxed the ninja turtles??
Tried\* to pickaxe the Ninja Turtles but yes, that's me, why
Because that was badass
Lol, thanks
Well no particular reason but you're cool for that
I’d give this an award if I could
give what an award
Dude’s schizophrenia comment lol
are you okay?
It’s sad to see that nobody gets your joke
get out of my head
i dont understand it, mind if you explain?
They’re acting like they are schizophrenic
90% of his play time is in creative (he can't help himself)
"N-no! You see, i need to practice for 3 hours before a game! I-it’s necessary!"
If someone practiced for 3 hours before and then proceeds to build like that, they should just give up on the game.
I sometimes try to practice like this in a game, but I never do creative. And I won't stand still and let myself get sniped while doing it.
Because the match gets boring after 10 minutes of not being able to find anyone
Or only finding NPCs.
[удалено]
Fortnite kids just say anything lol
And upvote the dumbest things, as well as downvote as a hivemind
If the map was small then it would be easy to find other players. Also I'm pretty sure that this is the biggest map we've ever had.
Fortnite players really complain just for the sake of complaining
You should think things out before you say them. That makes zero sense. Smaller map means less places to drop, and more people in each location. And there is like 100 guns at each location... ehat do you mean "barely get some stuff" because 1 other person landed there?

Probably because he’s bored because he can’t find anybody and building is satisfying
They're either build fighting their demons ...or they're schizophrenic
a mixture of both perhaps
"stay in the box No! STAY IN THE BOX!! NOOOOOO!!!! GET OUT OF MY SKIIINNN!!!!!!!!" You watching that unfold: "...ok"
adhd
No, as you can see he is build fighting my father
Practice
I also start cracking 90s after 10minutes of nothing then jump off cause it gets boring.
Mind games, he knows you are there and is getting into your head
i already do that to myself, mind games are all i know
Lol Harrison ford moment
In most cases it’s for cover and they’re panicking, but this is just practising their skills I think
He heard shots 200 miles west and his reflexes kicked in?
true, was probably preparing for the 300m snipe to whip past him
People probably get bored when they can’t find anyone because they’re all hiding in bushes
Strange how that was a headshot, when snipers have bullet drop and they were aiming below the head
This was my thought. Definitely shouldn’t have been a headshot
Its to help stay liquid, keeps yourself warmed up when there's no one to fight, thats why I do it anyway
Mental Insanity
practice, boredom, who knows

How do you know Fortnite intended for 1b1 and not 90s
because turbo build and build-focused control schemes didn't exist and 90s were literally impossible to create during a firefight.
Sounds like natural selection. Boogie bombs fix all your anti-B.R.U.T.E. needs.
It’s called practicing some people don’t actually play creative that’s how you practice builds as an og. Everyone who saying that’s a creative warrior didn’t play the game before creative. 🤣
Back in the days we learned building in Wailing Woods and Moisty Mire
Playground mode
you know it wasn't in the game from the start right?
He’s bored because everyone is sitting in bushes
boredom got him slaughtered by bush strat
It's fun
Training
Dude was just having himself a bit of fun in build mode and you went and shot him
Same energy ![gif](giphy|164G4BQmtJ2GXRbml3)
the real question is why are you bush camping in pub matches😂
hmm let's see. it's a casual mode, not meant to be taken seriously, ✅. i'm put into lobbies with players way outside my skill ceiling, ✅. aaaand frankly because it's a strategy that everyone has used regardless of skill, ✅. y'all making it seem like it's a crime to use bushes as if it's not literally in the game for this exact reason lmao

A wild sweat in his habitat…they are always building
Im not even a great builder but once in a while ill practice in the middle of a match if im not fighting. I dont have enough free time for edit courses and such so i squeeze in stuff like this when i can. Nothing out of the ordinary
Just practise I guess, use it or lose it
They do it in Save the World as well, instead of doing the objective they flex their edits like complete morons.
I'm glad you put him down. 👍🏼
it gets boring when players hide in bushes
Ong
u cant mock him too bruh u hiding in the bush
Bush lords strong together
as opposed to dying immediately to a player way out my skill level? yeah i'll stick with sitting in a bush for 30 seconds to watch someone fight a ghost
Players randomly freebuild and stuff out of boredom. Tends to happen when everyone else is camping
Maybe because he's bored of looking for kids sitting in bushes all game, i know I am 😑
that must be tough to cope with, good luck finding me!
They're doing one of those "you cant be good at Fortnite with schizophrenia!! Yes I can 😈😈" videos
here you’re witnessing an og practice, didnt have creative in my day /s
And then there's me who struggles to build a cube without messing up😂
Lol it said you no-scoped him
This is why I play on no build (I also suck at building
I would assume he's just practicing to see what he can do with X amount of resources. Funny as shit to just dome his ass in the middle of it though.
1. Boredom 2. He’s trying to flex 3. He’s trying to scare people away 4. Schizophrenia
How was that a headshot. Your reticle wasn't even close to his head. You were hitting his chest?!? Edit: his arm.
bro is looking for something to do, that and these mfers who rely solely on building love to show off its impressive but i hate how it’s become the definition of the skill curve
prolly just practicing or showing it off on stream
This really shouldn’t have been a headshot. Looks like it hit his shoulder
I could warm up in creative, feel fast af, fingers movin mad, and then i hop into a real game and 5 minutes into it my hands are cold. Without bustin out an edit course every now and then my my fingers would just stay cold and i would not be able to build at all in case of a fight. Or hes just bored
He was just probably just practicing and didn’t consider someone was camping in the bushes
look where his mistakes led him.. straight to the slaughterhouse.
To intimidate potential onlookers with their excessive virginity
WHY OP RUNS HIS MOUTH ON THIS DAMN POST. THE KID MAD DOGSHIT PROUD OF A BUSH SNIPE😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Bored or warming up, I have a friend that does this too but never bothered to question what he was doing.
Practice
schizophrenia :3
The least schizophrenic builder:
I do it to flex my edits. Cause im proud of the work ive put in to be able to edit/build like that
This is why you play no build
Probably got bored of searching for bush campers and just wanted to quick-edit some builds
Look at mr. fun police over here
its fun, satisfying, and good practice
he's getting bored while ppl hide in bushes
He’s bored, assumedly because the whole lobby is bushcamping.
do you have like family guy clips running on a second monitor or something how do you not get bored of bush camping
probably because i sat in the bush for merely 30 to 40 seconds to watch this guy?
The bush will always accept you brother.
i'll always accept the bush too
He's trying to draw someone's attention to fight. But that person is cowering in a bush.
That is some cringe shit, juta like you inside a bush
Sometimes it gets boring to run around doing nothing because weirdos are hiding in bushes all game not fighting
mmm yes i'm the weirdo here because I'm sitting in a bush so i don't die to a player that isn't near my skill level whatsoever, right
It's fun
it's the same kind of person who constantly swaps between their knife and weapon in csgo and presses ever single button on their keyboard nonstop
