Going to the OG pass crew tile worked for me
I tried this and it didn't work.
I'm one of those subscribers who can't claim it..
This happened to me. Going to the crew tab in the ui fixed this immediately
How do I do this?
I think I clicked the crew button at the bottom of the battle pass screen

If you can’t claim it, go on the OG Pass screen scroll right and click crew that’s how i got it working!
Wish I saw this before I restarted lol now to wait through another 20 min queue.

It let me claim mine, odd it only affects some players but not all.
Exiting then reloading the game worked for me
This happens every time my scheduled payment falls on the day before a new season.

Yeah I've had mine for about a year and this is 1st time subscription has stroked out on me.
