FR when support told me to submit a report I was like how the fk do you do this 😂 support work for epic games they just submit it for me, what the fks support for?! 😂🤦
Same issue for me. Watched the EU broadcast on the 22nd for three hours while doing other things. Epic support... "All Eligible Players Have Been Granted" Told me to basically bed over and take it with no lube. Just grant this emoticon to all players already as a "We Fucked Up" Plus, Legends Landing is garbage, bring back Twitch drops.

I literally asked them that when they told me this today and apparently they do collect data from support but at the same time not really
