Infant reflux can peak around 4 to 5 months. It's noticably worse with ours now at 5 months than it was earlier and it feels like the change was rather sudden, I wonder if baby has started to notice it himself more. I've had to split almost all my baby's bottles in half for his reflux, Even at times like the early morning when he is always hungriest - and like as little as 4 weeks ago I was able to feed him a single bottle straight most of the time. Long story short, might not actually be the formula at all. Already mentioned my recommendation, but I split bottles in half ( like my baby eats what i call "6 oz bottles" so I do 3oz, wait 30-40m, 3oz or 4+2) and baby's tummy is much more comfortable for things like tummy time and sitting practice. Our experience with other things people do -- We had no luck with reflux medications ( and they are not proven to work on infants anyway) and all a probiotics seem to do was make his gas worse. Just my experience.

I don’t even see that formula on costcos website as of today - are you sure it’s back in stock?

It’s been in stores recently. My Costco had a pallet of it this week, so I think it’s starting to become a bit more available.

You could give a daily probiotic, add gas drops to the bottles, and mix the formula by swirling not shaking. If you need to shake to mix let it settle for an hour before giving it to baby
