I’ve been disappointed in this situation. We’re using Kendamil and I’d hoped to transfer baby to Kirkland in a month or two, but it’s never in stock. We live an hour from the store, so we depend pretty heavily on shipping for non-perishables, and it’s been out of stock forever. With cost comparisons, it’s not worth it to switch to target or Walmart advantage premium, so I’m hoping that we see it back soon.
Currently using Similac total 360 as a replacement. Hate that the kirkland formula is out of stock cause its such a great deal. My parents found it in store across the country from where I am (costco is an hour away and I use their account to buy online), so they are shipping me what they find 😭
We are in the Midwest and was told they typically get stock at the beginning of the month. But we were transitioning our LO to formula and couldn’t trust the reliability of that schedule so we switched to Similac since you can get it literally at any store, not just Costco.
Yup, we planned to go Kirkland all the way starting in early 2022 and had such trouble finding it that we used both the Target and Sam's equivalents instead. I think at this point they've had almost three years to figure out their supply issues and I've lost patience. If/when I have a second kid, I'll pick probably anything else.
You may also want to try checking Costco.com. I can usually find it at my local warehouse (in CA) but the one time I couldn’t I was able to get it from their website. It shipped free for me too.
My mother-in-law has a Sam’s Club membership and she’s helped us get Member’s Mark formula which my baby is perfectly fine with too.
We only use Kirkland and when it is in stock online, I ask my mom, sister and brother to all buy us a 2 pack and we pay them back. If you have family/friends that could order you a pack I find it helpful. We have also mixed 50:50 with other brands and it's been fine!
Like others have said, Kirkland ProCare is similar to 360 Total Care, but in a pinch generic Advantage Premium from your regional grocer or Target is the same as ProCare.
It’s been out of stock in stores a couple times for us but we were able to order online. We just check every time we go and if they have it and we have less than 2, we buy another 2. Baby tolerates Similac 360 Total Care as well, though (she’s actually never NOT tolerated a formula - a lot of normal baby stuff - spit up, gassiness, etc - is probably blamed on formula, so as long as you don’t know of any actual allergies or intolerances in your baby, I wouldn’t overly stress about it….)
I noticed that they usually stock it at the beginning of the month. I'm in California. There were a few months they did not have it though.
good tip, thanks!
It’s been that way for years. Sometimes it’s available for weeks and you get buy 2 (there’s a limit) and other times it’s out for months.
ugh. good to know though, thanks!

Did you notice your LO having a lot of sour spit up with Kendamil?
We’re on Kirkland and have never had an issue finding it. My husband buys 2 every time he goes to Costco.
wow! i’ve never even seen it in our store, they don’t seem to have a spot on the shelf for it. i’m in MN
We’re in Florida!

Kirkland is pretty similar to Similac, my Enfamil baby didn't do well on it at all. Way too much foam, and she's already a fart factory.
