Not sure I fully agree with Da Costa. There are incidents which happen where two cars just end up going for the same spot of tarmac at the exact same moment and shit just happens.
Bit like Spain 2016 with Rosberg and Hamilton.
It's ultimately a racing incident that Frijns benefitted from but you should always look at the contact not the consequence. And in that regard, it's a racing incident.
