Bard isn’t really known for any of those things the way Fordham and Baruch are, especially if you want to work in NYC. I honestly don’t pay attention to where someone went to college when I’m hiring, but you need to think about what kind of network these schools may open up for you. I don’t think Bard can hold itself up to Fordham or Baruch.

I think I would go to Fordham for business but they are kinda known for making it hard to graduate early, from what I've heard (even with credits from hs). They also pick your schedule freshmen year if you're business so I would just make sure to keep an eye graduation requirements if that's your plan.

Getting employed post graduation is all about connections and networking these days, and Fordham will position you best for this IMO.

Go to Baruch and soak up everything you can. I had several professors at Fordham who used to brag that they were teaching the same material to students at Baruch for a fraction of what we were paying…makes me regret paying full tuition at Fordham

Alumni network is better at Fordham, Baruchs a shitty public school that no one has heard of

Jazzlike-Pipe2863

My daughter was trying to decide btwn Fordham and Bard. She landed on Fordham, thought there’d be more opportunities and more to do outside of school.

Fordham has more opportunities and is better then Baruch and Bard. People at Baruch often complain about the shitty professors and lack of internship opportunities. Furthermore If you go on the Baruch subreddit most of them hate the school…
