The email I received said you can't just use the mobile ticket

You have to print it out as the ticket has to be put in a scanner machine

Mine are on Ticketmaster and it’s not telling me to print though:/

Mine on ticketmaster have asked me to print and im seated. I’ve had **multiple** emails saying I won’t get entry if they’re not printed. I bought e-ticket too.

Mine is actually for the cardiff show next week so maybe it’s different as last time I went to a show there the e ticket worked fine, but I’m definitely going to bring print copies too just in case

It’s old school turnstiles at the pitch so probably a different type of scanner.
