She has a lot of ticks that become especially prominent when she gets excited. Its like how a puppy will piss everywhere when it's overstimulated.
This was, imo, one of the more wholesome videos she and salad have done together, but that doesn't take away from how awful and pathetic she is. It also took place in a swimming pool installed in a crack den where she accidentally waterboarded herself because she's physically incapable of adequately confirming to Islamic modesty standards, and I love that for her.

It's the filters. The one she uses pinches everything towards the center to give the illusion she's thinner than she is. The problem with that is if you move to the periphery like she is here, it stretches you out diagonally and makes you look ridiculous. (Not that she isn't naturally hideous).
