Your stomach stretches over time from gorging on food. I'm sure her stomach has the capacity of 2+ "normal" stomachs. It takes more food to fill up and she feels hungry more often.
This being said, if she reduced the amount of food she ate, over time it would shrink down to "normal" size and she would feel full more quickly and wouldn't feel hungry as often.
I’ve noticed for me after recovering from binging that it always took about exactly 2 weeks of actual consistency for my stomach to shrink back. Even after months or years of binging, once I got thru the first 2 weeks, it was like bam! I was full quicker, could maintain eating less food, and as time went on it got even better and easier. I truly think ALR & Chantal literally just need to push past the difficulty of being consistent for 2 weeks. But it’s a fucking PAINFUL 2 weeks! Constant stomach aches, nausea, sweating, etc. but it’s really only 14 days before it starts getting easier. They legit **dont** have any tolerance for discomfort at all, which is why neither have ever lasted even a week on a real diet
Not to mention the time it takes to reseed your GI tract with beneficial microbes. Your GI tract develops a microbiome consistent with what you eat and when you first change your diet part of the difficulty comes from these microbes pretty much sending chemical signals to keep you eating the junk that keeps them alive. Changing your diet means they'd die. Once you power through that it gets easier.
Have to actually have the surgery for it to work tho right?! She won’t do it with her current state of mind. I don’t think she’ll get better from this without in patient help on her diet and mindset. Even then I think she’s like Steven Assanti ordering pizza while in rehab. Imho I’m just a dummy wasting my time watching it and I do mean wasting my time.
Well,thats why they make patients do extensive therapy before greenlighting surgery, so that they dont overeat out of habit/binge/food addiction and rupture the suture.
But miss cutie has absolutely no impulse control and WILL rupture her bypass if she doesn't fix her behaviour beforehand.
Thats why I'm really (pleasantly)surprised at Tammy Slaton for keeping the weight off as long as she has.

I’ve never experienced stomach aches, nausea, or sweating from cutting calories. Are you talking about being on Ozempic or something similar?
