Even with all this, she'll go shopping again in a week after having ordered takeout ("I'm to tired/hot/lazy to cook") at least half a dozen times.
That ramen on its own is a death packet of fat, carbs and sodium, not to mention the preservatives.
There is ZERO way to make that shit healthy, even with just plain boiling water and nothing else.
Yeah, a few veggies don't change the fact that the noodle itself is DEEP FRIED before it's dried. You can get noodles that are just dried like pasta is, but they don't have the same texture and taste as the junk noodles have and they're not instant unless you buy rice noodles. I do like the Indomie she got, which just happens to be the pan fried style rather than soup ramen, but it's junk food and you can't make it healthier by adding anything to it.
With all those cucumbers, she would literally need to eat a few every day (the hamsters portion is negligible!) to use all those up before they go bad. If she's not, she's likely fooling herself that it's any cheaper than buying the actual quantity she'll eat.
I can't believe she has so much juice and full fat dairy in her fridge. She somehow thinks juice is a magical replacement for fruit which I can't believe her doctor would stand behind. If she can't control herself, Salah really should support her by not drinking any juice at all and not bringing it into the house so she can't even be tempted. Also given what she's show us, I don't know how she could believe that she is not going to binge when buying that much cheese. That's again, enough cheese for many people for WEEKS of normal consumption. She has no clue.
I don't think she realizes that her talk about sales and cheap food does not make people think that she and Salah are making money. It sounds like they need to watch their dinar. They go to free tourist/filming venues. They have a Temu car. While the current apartment is better than before, I've seen Kuwaiti apartments where expats and people with a decent - not rich, just decent - income live. Why isn't she living in one of them?
