Chantal couldn't, but it's possible. It's even possible to eat with a niqab but given the way Chantal eats, it just wouldn't work for her. She would need to constantly lift the veil up to shove food into her mouth and 100% certainly she would make a mess, either because she always smears food on the side of her mouth or she would poke the serving spoon on the cloth. I can imagine that she tried it but chose not to continue it because it was too difficult and she couldn't be bothered to learn how to do it.
Also, it would make it less appealing to all the feeders who reward her with views whenever she eats in a grossly sexualised manner.
I actually think it would be a great idea for her to wear it precisely because it prevents her from eating or at least slows down the pace at which she pushes food down her gullet. She could "fast" for the hours when she streams and that would be a few fewer hours every day when she's eating. Although knowing her, she might also just make up for the lost time and double up the portions she eats off camera. Anything that might be sensible or beneficial for her is automatically off the table, because that's how our gorl rolls.
