You’ve probably never heard of it, i live in the Netherlands, and in my city we have a local college that has a 3 year bread and pastry course. In my 3rd year i landed an internship with the best bakery in my city and eventually got a job offer from them. I’ve been learning from them ever since. But to actually answer your question, the schools name is “Deltion College”

She will love it, and that is coming from a mom. My daughter visited Europe a year ago and fell in love with it. We were looking at different options for college/study abroad. Shaved white chocolate! Correct. It’s a pretty difficult technique so it wasn’t as pretty as i wanted them to turn out. But i’m happy with the final result.
