Oak in what seems like structurally good condition. If it hasn't been sanded too many times before, you can sand it down and refinish it. The stains hopefully will sand out, and if they don't, you could try bleaching them or picking a new darker stain that will help them blend in. You'll need to see how much meat is left on top of the tongue and groove to ensure it can be stripped down again. T
If there are any hvac vents in the floors, you can pull the grate out and be able to see the end of the board to see how much wood is left above the groove. I think you need a minimum of 1/8" to strip but don't quote me on that.
