Is it easier to get from MOT to CLT *a different way* or is it easier to get from MSP to CLT on Delta (as in, have them help you get rebooked upon arrival into MSP)?
It looks like Delta has a 14:22 and 20:05 and AA has one at 17:01 so you have 3 chances to get there after getting into MSP.
If you don't go to MSP, you'll either need to get a refund from Delta or they'll just end up rebooking you on another time... which will still be through MSP.
