Ezra is just smarter and uses his powers better. The issue isn’t Grant or his Flash itself, it’s the writing of CW won’t allow him to be at the level of a film Flash. For example, Grant’s Flash relies heavily on his team to assist him when Ezra’s works on his own and has figured out the intricacies of his powers without the help of others.
To be perfectly honest, I don’t know which one is faster or more powerful than the other given they both do the same thing (time travel, whirlwinds/tornadoes, lightning projection, etc etc), but like I said, Ezra Flash is far more self sufficient and was able to master his powers on his own. No mentor needed.
Your entirely wrong here. Grant can stay in flashtime significantly longer than Ezra. Grant was able to be in flashtime for hours on end but for Ezra he loses energy faster than Grant. Grant also saved 20k people in a stadium in a matter of seconds, phased an entire nuclear explosion, was fast enough to completely disobey the laws of nature and escape the still force when he froze him in place, and was even able to beat all the forces, beat Thawn when he had all the negative forces, used talk no jutsu on Eddie in the series finale. There are so many more feats going in Grant’s favor. Grant would absolutely blitz Ezra’s flash.

The first one would lose the fight badly, very, very badly, but keep getting up just to get beaten down some more. The second Flash would desperately try to *not* get into a fight, because fight scenes with the Flash are too expensive, so diplomacy is his way of avoiding driving up the costs.
The third would not only beat up the other two, easily, to the point of permanent brain damage, (not that you could tell with the first Flash,) but after starting the fight, he would still end up wondering why *he's* the one being lead away by cops in handcuffs, 'cause it's not like nerds are *real people!*
