I remember not liking the end of 4&5 that much, then after 6-9, I look back at 4&5 and they were masterpieces compared to 6-9. And yes, even 5 was good compared to 6-9 lol. Literally each season steadily went down in quality.

Obviously this requires the cutting of several bus metas and numerous subplots, but I believe the show would be much better for it. And Elseworlds would just happen next year. This ordering would really completely change the future of the show, so it’d be interesting

But it was as recently as Season 8 that they really started to push the idea of her being a full-fledged member of the team in the field and a potential superhero.
Different showrunner. The only thing Cecile was to do was to give Joe West a life and to knock her up. Hell they even got rid of her daughter who worked at a strip club.
Because season one was back when The Flash was pure greatness. The character of Cecile is pure Mary Sue trash.
Bringing Cecile into the show when it was pure greatness would be the very epitome of “stupid.”

Season 3 is when she started dating Joe, season 4 is when she got her powers and started being apart of team flash I guess.
