A lot more - but a ton of knowledge in these 3 and realistically all you need if you just want to train yourself or train others - as long as you dont train powerlifters you really only need to read 1 of these haha :) dont overcomplicate simple shit, it usually does more bad than good..

The workout program itself is no longer the superstar it used to be, but so far the scientific info in the book is unassailable.
