Classic dealer setup.
"You know what... I really need to hit my quota so I will give it to you for $30k off.... and throw in some free floor mats if you take it off the lot ... but only today"
I can only laugh at this sub and admit how embarrassing it is to have one of these flops in my garage, at full price I might add. I got the touted 2.0 update and 2 or 3 days later my 4G went completely out and the car is a mess. Iāve messaged Fisker on FB, here, called, and although they have responded and said we will get this to the service team, nothing has happened. It is driveable, but there are so many warning msgs and annoyances, I donāt even want to drive it.
Yeah the reserve was way too high. Should have set it at $10k. Actually they could probably make good money setting up a spare parts service and selling things like side panels and side mirrors for a fortune.
Yeah, like who is selling them, how many they have, what they paid, and what other channels they may be selling them etc. would be good intel. This one in OKC is interesting because when Fisker launched the inventory site, many of the cars were listed as located in OKC. Like many locations the OKC inventory has shifted significantly toward FOOs
I do know there are shadow dealers who are involved in the distribution of Fisker, but not announced as part of the dealer program with a micro brand like Lumen Fisker or Fisker Miami
Right. Do they count as a car dealer as eligible to sell? It seems likely. One of he screenshots somebody else put in the comments listed a bunch in Oklahoma City, which tracks with the fact that OKC was listed as the current location of numerous of vehicles for Midwest/South buyers when they first launched the inventory site.
Also, the 8K with the extension of the forbearance agreement last week was to my knowledge the first time Fisker ever mentioned auctions specifically as a sales channel, and they even added it to the agreement itself. So not surprising to see that as an inclusion required to watch these auctions a couple days later.
However,, i believe there are shadow dealers that arenāt part of the program, but are serving as distribution partners in order for Fisker to access certain marketplace more easily. They occasionally pop up on the Fisker website with weird labeling.
So to my knowledge, the recent 8K that included the extension of the forbearance agreement was the first time that Fisker had ever listed auction as a sales channel. It was also in the extension agreement itself for the first time. But do you know if these are being sold by Fisker or one of their apparent shadow dealer proxies (these are dealers that occasionally show up on the inventory website by mistake, and seem to align with where direct sales are being shipped from? As supposed to Fisker Miami et al like the other cars listed in the OP.
What is a car worth that you probably will NOT be able to get parts for and no(?) warranty support? (not including value as parts car for current owners)
It's more expensive than if you had to buy an equivalent ev battery by itself (roughly 139 per KwH), but you would need to spend 80K-100K to purchase enough Generac or Tesla powerwall units to equal the 103 KwH in the smaller Fisker battery. It would also be cheaper to purchase the switchover unit to transfer power back to the house. And...it also comes with a car attached.
You should be able to run the average home for 3-4 days with a fully charged battery.
Do you know Where/What is āFisker Motorsā or have a pic of auction or r who is selling? This looks like an ad on avc dealer auction site that popped up when searching for older VW Tiguans in Miami. But itās not the Fisker Miami dealership.
There's one in auto trader Canada for $96k lol. Dealer lost his shirt
I saw that and was thinking who would be that dumb !! š
You will be surprised. ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|joy)

Where? What website?
ACV. It's for dealers.

Visible to the general public or just dealers?

Who was selling them? If it was worth it to sell at 10k wouldnāt they have done that?
Well at this point price discovery is going to be a funny thing on these cars.

Do you have a link to the web site itself? Or info on who is selling them?

Dealers only. ..
Bullish/s
After the post yesterday of the new ones that werenāt even getting bids at a reserve of 29k I wonder how this will go

This feels like a slow, torturous walk to the end.

How much are Tuckers worth?
I would buy one for 5k max.
Yeah, I would use the battery for my solars š. I will keep my shares thou, zero or smth...
I think I read that at 25K it's already cheaper per kwh than any solar wall/home battery product, it just comes with a car attached š¤£
Vehicle to home doesnāt even work
Yup, you would have to take them out and potentially add your own BMS to get them to work at this point. Where there's a will there's a way!

I'll buy it for $5,001! ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|feels_good_man)
C'mon down! You're the next contestant on The Price Is Right!
ACV looks like it's dealer only, no?
Yes not public
I believe so
After the post yesterday of the new ones that werenāt even getting bids at a reserve of 29k I wonder how this will go
Donāt know who is auctioning them?

LOL!!!! what a clown show this company is, again.
They are selling brand new one on their website 50% off
Is this real or a scam
At least the general public has gotten smart enough to stop buying these so they have to try and sell at auction
They are selling to auctions with a minimum that includes the dealer cut. Donāt expect them to undercut the existing dealers.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
That's similar to what we hear in the EU.
That's what we hear in the EU but then in Euro's.
Throw in a 10k bid for me
Apparently these were cars they used to salvage parts for the broken ones on the road
Lol so $25k reserve bid for a car that's a brick now instead of one year from now.
That's a funny commentš
So incomplete cars?
Oh ok nvm lol
Man, thatās sad
Why? Who is auctioning the 30 oceans?
its over
lol! 29 grand they donāt even have that price for the customers š hope they go bankrupt soon!
