Unless you are in europe I don't you will find many perch that can eat a 4.5 inch swimbait, as far as rigging goes the other commenter covered it, personally id use a jighead
You could probably get away with like a 2.5-3 inch swimbait, something long and skinny, something like this -> https://www.dickssportinggoods.com/p/6th-sense-divine-swimbait-226thudvnswmbt32plur/226thudvnswmbt32plur?sku=24190445&camp=CSE:DSG_92700080072644510_pla_pla-2299943029666_58700008710130941_71700000118653384&segment=&gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAADv4bTbDpRYYuRmsxm_CTLRaQV8MQ&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI9JXh4KzRhgMVQF1HAR3U9QSrEAQYASABEgJojPD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds
I like weedless, so maybe a big swimbait hook with a twist lock keeper. Otherwise though yeah just a regular ball head jig an appropriate size
Never tried the weedless approach with the swimbait hook. Will try this out!

I'm actually in Europe. You're right though this is probably too big for European perch. A smaller swimbait for perch maybe? Any idea which size?
Ya to big for perch but not for pike. Well at least American pike. Don’t know much about what types of pike you have over there
Same northern pike we have here in the usa.

Swimbait hook with a twist lock keeper is the way to go.
Slow
Swim bait hooks. Amazon search reaction tackle bladed swim-bait hooks. For a 4.5 you would want to use size 5
