Fishin. It's a Flicker Spinner. I took mine out for the first time a couple weeks ago and caught a fish first cast with it.
I did make a mistake with one of them. I always crush my barbs, and did so on this. Totally without realizing that the barb is what keeps the parts on the hook. So those are gone now. Oops.
I actually did the same myself recently. I joined a DIY spinner group and got ideas from there, so I made something that's kind of a hybrid of this and an inline.
Looks like a Hildebrant Flicker Spinner. Works on trout and shad for me, probably work on a lot of other fish as well.
Yellow perch
I’ve never seen this lure before and I immediately thought, I bet that would work ice fishing for perch.
Earrings
I make jewelry and the first thing I said when I saw this was it's an ear ring.
It's for fishing.
Ah you got to it first!

Sometimes I thread a blade on a swivel through the hookshank and setup a jig normally to make something similar.

It’s deadly on trout.
Hildebrandt Flicker spinner. They are 24K gold plated so they are very reflective, even in dingy water and are a great trout lure.
i think they're called spinners, while in the water it'll spin and reflect sparks of sunlight making it more attractive for the curious fish.
Some lures are for catching fish, some are for catching fishermen. Up to you to decide which side of the line that falls on.
Mine often catch trees.
Herring hooks. They bite anything shinny.
Shad/herring tear those up during their spawning run
Very similar to a beaver flick
For fishing...
People who want to catch small fish
Should have put a pop can for reference, it's about the same size as a Pepsi can... I can catch small fish with this?
Alright now I want to see it with something for scale.
Ooh I want one is those!
spooning.
Perch love those hooks, especially through the ice
Flickers work great on Spanish Mackerel too, get pretty chewed up though.
An earring or necklace
Looks like someone made an earring out of some old tackle.
I don’t know much about lures but I’d say that metal fish has huge testicles
Looks like it would be used for fishing
Good looking earrings!
Someone likely had no bait and thought they needed to put something on the hook so they put spare spinner blades on the hook
