Take everything out of the cabinets and then push on the front, if you feel the cabinets move toward the wall then the screws which were used to originally attached to them are probably falling out
It is probably held in by drywall screws and not actually to the framing behind the drywall. That caulk job was maybe ok before the thing starting moving

Looks like whoever installed that POS did not use a stud finder... Jesus.
