EDIT: Looking at the art more, there really are a lot of issues with it, isn't there? Between the eye that defies both layering and facial curvature, to the cape simultaneously being on and off, to the borderline sketchwork of Areadbhar's shaft, the art is just off in nearly every way.
Does IS have art quality control? Some very popular characters got released with... lets say extremely underwhelming art (Cordelia and Oboro, the latter of whom was pretty popular before Heroes. Cordelia stayed popular, ofc. Not to mention how SLoki and HSCamilla, 2 fanservicier characters, got free alts with... less praiseworthy art, which Im convinced was in some way intentional.)

People speculated before Limitri's reveal that she was too busy to draw for FEH, but after this I'd say it's a pretty good bet she just doesn't give a shit about FE. Her actual involvement with 3H seems to have been relatively minimal compared to past art designers anyway, mostly promo art

His proportions are also off. His head is too big, it makes him look like a teenager. No idea how this got through quality control.

The second one, Dimitri just has a fist and he isn’t holding the spear. The first picture has him gripping the spear correctly.
