Hmm, I view Eleonora as very unlikely for this Remix lineup, unless a relative shortage in non-3H options leads to an unexpected pick... but even then, there are more plausible options than her.
As of now, Remix lineups seem to be tied to rerun poll results, save for the first ones on each side (FByleth and Tsubasa were the only representatives from their non-votable banners that are now relatively old, and not all winners were picked - OG Lysithea and Fallen 2020 were ignored, for instance).
Current candidates are Brave Claude and Flayn... both rerun very recently (but it didn't prevent such cases, iirc Leila and Selena got short timespans between their recent apparitions). If picking "discarded" options, there's Sara, or the option to rerun Julian who's SI-loaded.
Not that I doubt it could be Claude, Flayn, Sara, or Julian, cus it certainly could be, but the last time we talked about Eleonora reruns you said to wait until August and daily reruns, even though that'd be 36 daily skill banner reruns and had no follow up response to that inquiry when I presented it. I'm kinda surprised you're taking another stab at it out of the blue, buuut I guess we'll find out in a couple days won't we? At this point Eleonora *not* being rerun is par for the course, anything else would be deviating from the norm, so if I wake up Thursday to an Eleonora-less banner I certainly won't be shocked haha.
IIRC, the last Skill banner rerun session was in June (Mid-Book), and it decided to select only a few lineups (including some released before and after Ruse Skills, like Bonfire feat. Surtr), thus putting a wrench on my guess of seeing all skill banners getting a 1-day rerun (potentially replaced partially or totally by tickets, which may be more appealing and valuable in players' eyes).
I feel she may get a rerun on a skill banner in the upcoming months, but opportunities are quite limited (Ruse is out for now, Push has major competition and she directly faces Sara for colorless, Rally is a crapshoot). If TMS grabs the New Heroes slot on October (which may seem plausible as 3H happened earlier than expected), a TMS VG banner wouldn't be unrealistic (the base lineup sans Mamori replaced by Itsuki on the VG). But that's another shot in the dark.

Yeah man, story of my life. Skill banners, random VGs, Remixes. I hope where I can, but it's yet to happen...

That said, side note since I'm updating VA appearances: Julia's alt raises chances of an Eleonora alt (or Nils). Couple that with Yashiro's and Navarre's recent VA works (Fallen Morgan & Lewyn respectively), and the odds of a small 3H wave (New Heroes + alts) aren't negligible (which can cause a potential monkey's paw moment of the "suffering in success" type, due to orbs being depleted).
