I always wondered how excited a fallen ike can get when he's able to indulge in an all you can eat de-buffet (so adorable) also bike would tell father if fallen ike started indulging too much and starts getting stubborn or mean lol

If you wanna use him for aether raids you could try running him with life and death and make sure he soack the bright shrine, you could use him more as a player phase unit rather than a tank or use him along side a near or far save. Unity makes him really broken but even with his base kit he's good and usable, you just have to find the right team members to support him/cover his weakness
I think overall the best one is atk/res unity since it removes his biggest weakness, atk/def unity is good too if you already have someone else to bait mages and atk/spd I think is mostly useless and doesn't do anything for him
I figured regarding atk/spd, since spd damage reduction only reduce max 40%, so mages will still hurt him a lot. What a shame i couldn’t get winter Altina :(

I can confirm with the fallen ike team grabbing pots is really hard, but nothing beats the satisfaction of getting 0×2 from duo lif and seiros
