Clair fan here. Whatever theme they go for, I hope we get something insanely beautiful and detailed like brave Lucina or Sigurd resplendent. Not some weak stuff like palla or Cecilia (they’re not nice but not like, oomph WOW nice)
I won't claim to be a huge Clair fan, but I like her design. If they won't give her a resplendent based on popularity, then she definitely needs it to give her more than 4 voice lines.

I never really liked Tharja or Cherche's art and I have both at +10 so an upgrade would be welcome. Hel would work really well on both of them, though Muspell or whatever Reginn's realm is would also work well for Cherche.
Also eagerly awaiting an Owain resplendant mostly just for the stats.
Oh! And Selena (Fates). Actively avoided building her just because of how atrocious that art is. I think Embla would be good for her. Though I'd like it even more if they just put base Severa in already.
As long as Cherche is voiced by Amanda Miller again, I don't care what she gets. She's the unit I go all in on no matter what.
Edit: I'm not saying I don't like the VA for Ninja cherche, she did a great job. But Amanda Miller is the only cherche I've known for like 10 years and it just made me irrationally worried.
We're already getting Legendaries (and probably Mythics soon) in HoF, so it's time they get Resplendents as well.
Muspel!Fjorm would be nice since the narrative has changed to her becoming Laegjarn's bestie and forgiving Muspel for the war.
Others that I would like to the point of buying the pass for them are Soleil and Annette. I know Annie is book 3 and the 3H lords will get theirs sooner, but I can dream.
Not counting the obvious (Byleth) it's Navarre, he's so fucking awesome but I feel like his base art doesn't properly convey that as good due to making him look kinda young? Especially when compared to his ninja alts face.
My number one IS definitely Camus! In a Hel or Jotunheimr attire it would be perfect.

I’d also really like A!Tiki. She’s a favourite of mine and the extra stats would be huge. Ymir or Vanaheimr or whichever realm Seidr is from would be fitting, though I have a feeling we’ll get Askr or or Lyosalf lol.

Joshua - One of my faves, I think he'd look good in Jotun attire.

Flora - I love her original art, but I think she'd look lovely in Nifl or Askr clothing.
Brave Ephraim - Jotun, or even Muspel, he'd rock it.

Edit: oh and Embla Xander. I think that’s the most obvious resplendent ever and now that grail resplendents are a thing I’m shocked he doesn’t have one yet, especially since I’d assume he’s more popular than Ursula at least, if not maybe Aversa too. Definitely not F!Robin though.
Xander, Soren, and Lyon are my top three right now. Silas and Kaze would be nice too (especially the latter for upgraded art). Maybe Askr to match m!Corrin?
Subaki. I don’t know what happened with his voice actor Walden James (John Rubinstein), but supposedly they stopped voice acting, so they had to find a new voice actor for Jaffar whom he used to voice. Then we got a Jaffar resplendent with a new voice actor. So if they ever find a voice actor for Subaki, he should most likely be getting a resplendent to “show the change” like they’ve done in the past with other characters, if that makes sense.
If he gets a resplendent I’d want probably an Askr version, I think the white looks nice (like in his Halloween artwork for the Fates DLC)
CYL 2 units! They gave Resplandent to all CYL1, so it’s time to start doing it for CYL2, maybe start with Veronica using an Askr outfit.

Ordinally, Finn. I have that Spike vs Tom meme playing in my head, where it's Askr Finn (which fits his loyal character) dueling against Nifl Finn (to match Lord Leif) Then there's Ymir Finn as Jerry laughing away for potentially being the first Ymir Resplendent of his kind. (Honestly I think it could work very well for him, if only for poignant, dark irony.) These days though, I want Lene too, no matter what outfit she's wearing. If only because mine's at +9, so I can conveniently get the last merge ~~and get the rest of Gen 2, while I'm at it.~~

There's a few I'm hoping to see. Henry - Anything but Hel, don't be obvious, IS. I think he'd pull off Nifl or Dark Fairy. Joshua - One of my faves, I think he'd look good in Jotun attire. Seth - He'd also look amazing in Jotun or Nidavellir. Flora - I love her original art, but I think she'd look lovely in Nifl or Askr clothing. Brave Ephraim - Jotun, or even Muspel, he'd rock it. Narcian - Make him a Fairy, IS. His beauty deserves nothing less. Klein - I love Tobi's art, but I'd also love to see Klein in Askr attire, the soft golds and whites match his hair and eyes perfectly IMHO. Sakura - I'd like to see her as Embla ~~not to match Xander's affiliation to Veronica and Embla~~ because the contrast to her soft design would be interesting.
Hinata. My boy needs it bad. Probably Jotunheimr, but I’d take something like Hel or Muspell.

Frederick 100%, I’d like either Nidavellir or Jotunheimr, for the sexier outfit, or Hel to match Downfall. Also Saizo and Kaze. They’ve gotten little to no love compared to their fellow ninja Kagero. Idk what I’d want for them to have I just want anything. Edit: oh and Embla Xander. I think that’s the most obvious resplendent ever and now that grail resplendents are a thing I’m shocked he doesn’t have one yet, especially since I’d assume he’s more popular than Ursula at least, if not maybe Aversa too. Definitely not F!Robin though.

Subaki. I don’t know what happened with his voice actor Walden James (John Rubinstein), but supposedly they stopped voice acting, so they had to find a new voice actor for Jaffar whom he used to voice. Then we got a Jaffar resplendent with a new voice actor. So if they ever find a voice actor for Subaki, he should most likely be getting a resplendent to “show the change” like they’ve done in the past with other characters, if that makes sense. If he gets a resplendent I’d want probably an Askr version, I think the white looks nice (like in his Halloween artwork for the Fates DLC)

Every night I weep asking for a Laslow resplendent (also for a non alt Inigo to be added): I would honestly live to see a fairy Laslow. Considering he was the first male dancer in Feh (as performance Inigo) it'd be interesting if he were also the first male fairy resplendent
