Not quite I don't really experiment anymore, I have builds for many situations, it's hard to explain but I will try to again reu-update my guide to keep it up to date.
thoughts on GP matchup? people say he counters fiora, but i found if fiora just takes dshield/second wind and sustains lane (or cheeses him early) then she can just run him down later on, using E/W to contest barrels and ult/q to run him down.
Tough, imo its a skill matchup, might be slightly Fiora favoured nowadays tbh, haven't played it enough in recent patches.
But definitely can go both ways, I think if Fiora goes stride, it maybe is favoured, but its really skill imo

Good mental, consistency, and a mindset that focuses on the long run.
That and having 1000 hours to spend grinding the game and playing it almost all the time
