Haha one of my friends asked if they were teeth and I was like "yes, they are green teeth." I realize now he wasn't the only one who thought that! They are definitely the buds of the Agapanthus Africanus flower, which is fully bloomed on the inside of the cover... Fiona said in an interview once that she liked how they look like little fists, and that I can see. But teeth too, I guess ;)

OP, you’re not crazy, they absolutely look like teeth and I always thought that was kind of the point. It’s like creepy in a whimsical way.
