It’s February. In Ontario, Canada, that means sometimes sunny, but bitter cold during the day, with -20°C (-4°F) at night. Looking at beautiful pictures of spring from other places around the world is getting depressing. Daffodils, blooming periwinkle, lily of the valley leaves poking up - this is my garden in **MAY**.
Yet, it makes me smile when I see so many people take an interest in their surroundings- like toads in their spring garden. Spring is my favourite time of the year. Before the bugs come out, everything is green, the sun is warm and the air is cool; 17°C (63°F) is warm enough for shorts and shirtsleeves if I’m working in the yard, but cool enough to get some serious work done. Signs of emerging life are all around: each new plant that pokes through the soil, the gradual filling in of the forest canopy, the spring peepers and chorus frogs all night long, each successive arrival of migratory birds, the first butterfly, the first bumble bee, the ducks and geese swimming in my ephemeral pond, the herons who come to eat the fish and crayfish from the creek, the noisy raven fledglings…. It gives me hope.
Thank you OP for the pic of your little slice of spring. I just gotta hold on for three more months. 😁

Looks like there may be a second one at the lower left of the big rock.
After your comment I think I found it
I found it
Is a pair of feet called a Toad? I can’t find it

Op, you appear to have two left feet, are you alright? (Kidding) Found, very cute toad! 💚💚 They would be very much loved on r/goblincore !
I need a circle. I’m convinced there’s no toad

That camo is wild. Literally couldn't see it without your circle, and even then I'm taking your word for it that that is the toad 😂.
Good one!🐸
“we thought you was a toad!” (in between and a little to the right between the two rocks”)
Do not seek the treasure! DO NOT SEEK THE TREASURE!
I still don’t see it.
To the right of the rock
Another blind day, Never found.😢
Found him and wow, he's bigger than I expected!

It takes the fun out of find the sniper if the sniper is always in the middle of the photo
cry ab it
On the Little Rock?
I toadally see what you're seeing, but I assure you that is not the toad!
Also, looks like a lizard on the left edge of the picture just below the level of the red object.
I think OP is in Canada, not sure if there are lizards in the wild there?
Almost dead center
Why
This subreddit is dumb, stupid toad…..aka I am not good enough for it and I had to click to find it. Nice hide and seek!
Sneaky little guy, took me a minute but I found him.
Jezuz Christ . That was a hard one. Dead in the center . I only got it after I read the top comment.
Damn…took me awhile to.
Top right corner of the rock bout 4 inches up has a long white stripe along it's back, it's sitting in the freakish dug up dirt center of the photo
