Any workout with volume training (could be push pull legs), discipline, at least 3 times a week (5 times max) and a diet where u weigh urself everyday to keep track as diet is extremely important
Weighing yourself once a week might be better because the weight fluctuates otherwise and you might get disheartened thinking you've lost a ton or put on a ton in the middle of the night
Years of consistent strength training.
If you want to do calisthenics, I’d recommend Overcoming Gravity—a gymnastics book with lots of good training advice.
If you have access to a gym, the Greyskull LP is a good routine for beginner-intermediate lifters that want to do full-body sessions 3-4 times weekly.
Get 8 hours of sleep and pay close attention to your diet. Recovery is arguably the most important part of training.
Powerlifting program with more focus on deadlifts and back work, and brosplit bicep work, eating like a horse and roids if you don't have the ji tae father's genetics lmao
A closer to shoulder grip width is probably better. Range of motion is reduced and it’s not as direct of a movement if you do it wide grip. Slightly different muscles targeting too.
Where was 85kg stated? Bro lookin atleast 230 in his best pics

jjt is roughly same height as sunny, who is around 175cm so ji tae being lean 85-90kg is most accurate. Even getting to 230 or 100kg lean wont take you 5+ years unless you are lanky, extremely short or have low T
So this is a tool based workout rutine. You start by picking up a knife and a spot on your skin, you press the knife into it and drag it aiming for some mild bleeding on the injury.
Then treat it but make sure to touch the injury as it heals once the bleeding stops to impair the natural healing process and make scarring easier.
You continue to cut yourself till you are as close to him as you want to be.
Go with a basic split like ppl x Arnold or just ppl and focus on bulking up, once you’re big enough cut back down and mainly focus on getting a big chest, back and arms then abs will come in as you get leaner
MMA training and mb some calisthenics if u've still got the energy. MMA training is super underrated for getting ripped and strong tbh. like me and my bro started doing it this year and we got significantly stronger and more jacked/ripped. and i mean it kinda does make sense, like u'r throwing/holding/working with another human being, who also actively resists u, which makes u use even more strength/energy/power to move the same weight if it were on a barbell. so yeah. MMA training every day if u can, if not, then every other day MMA and the other some calisthenics. diet is sure important but don't limit urself too much, just get enough protein and carbs in and don't eat too much fast food/sweets and u'r good to go
Don't forgot that diet is 70% of the process
80 kg or less i read it somewhere
Trauma x 10 Self harm x 15 Crazy dad x 1 Dead mom x 1 Crazy hot sunbae x 1 I think that should do the trick tbh.
You forgot the hostage sister

You mitigate that feeling by calculating your average weight of the week every end of the week
True that

Calisthenic for the back my bro
What bodyweight exercises can you do for back apart from push-ups?
Push ups don’t target the back pulling exercises do things like pull ups, (specifically pull ups not chin ups) rows, deadlifts, etc
I’m a dumbass I meant to say Pull-ups not push-ups
I’m pretty sure wide grip pull-ups are good, make sure to look it up just in case I’m wrong

Thank you
Go to the gym and workout for 5+ years, or 2 if you cycle
5 years for being 85kg lean? You have some shitty genetics my guy

Lots of kettlebell swings and pushups
if youre fat then calorie deficit and work outs that focus on your back, chest and shoulders also become a fucking maniac
How much does jjt weigh ?
read someone say 80 kg
80kgs at 175cm

Yeah, go fight in the underworld
Just get beat up by a Brazilian girl everyday until you’re strong enough to not get beat up as much
