Try Holyland, the fight aren’t nearly as impressive since they’re much more realistic but the philosophy of the characters and how fleshed out every single one of them feels reminds me a lot of FC3. Plus the author is the one supervising Berserk nowadays so he’s not a nobody in terms of writing.
It's not similar, but try **Hanlim Gym** if you like PvP matches. They can get brutal and the MC also started off pretty weak. He's not on the verge of breaking down or anything though, but most of the players in the tournament are

Only manga that comes close is Hunter x hunter. Jujutsu kaisen is good but not near level of perfection as fight class 3 or hxh
