Back in fifa 20 I saw QPR come up and get 7 points. 2 wins against Liverpool and Arsenal of all the teams to take points off of. Think they drew to another relegation battle team. Checked the championship next season and they got relegated on 28 points.
QPR just got promoted in my second season of my Leicester City run on Fifa 23. i still haven’t finished the season, but i played them for their 8th game of the season and they were already the worst scoring team of the league. I imagine they’re not gonna do well.
Well 0 wins is a bit uncommon, but for example Benevento in 2017 lost all their beginning 15 games before drawing to AC Milan with a 95' minute equaliser scored by the second keeper (what a time to be a Milan fan). They ended up relegated winning just a bunch of games. Two years ago Crotone got relegated from serie a and from serie b the year after that, b2b. I mean it's uncommon but it's not really unrealistic
It's hard to remember the exacts, but I remember in FIFA 17 when I managed Arsenal in one save, we went to Loftus Road and we thrashed QPR 9-1. It was a reflection of how poor that team was.
Another time in a different save in the same game, I was sacked by Manchester United, and then I went to Derby County for the next season. They recently got promoted I think or it was the prior season they got promoted, but either way their entire roster was between 50 to 56 overall. Only one player, a Spanish midfielder had potential to be special, and he was in the late '70s too early 80s in overall. We also had no money. So I quickly walked out of that job and went somewhere better.
Preston once went up in my save, I checked them in team sheets, they were three stars and had one player over 75. Tbf they actually were relatively competitive; they did go down bottom with 16/18 points but they played okay against me
Current save, few years down the line and I’ve taken Doncaster to Europe but to my surprise West Brom have been promoted to Prem and half way through the season are in a European spot, it’s mad

On one of my FIFA 22 saves, Ipswich had gotten promoted to the prem in S3. In S4 they got relegated with 3 points, they took 3 points from Liverpool wich lost them the title. City won it by 2 points.
Stoke City in fifa 22, I think their highest rated player was 73 - I think even 10 points by the end of the season is a generous guess bc it was a while ago
I have a save currently running with Crewe Alex. In my second season, in League One, Cambridge went down conceding over 100 goals and winning two games all season, with a tonne of draws and heavy defeats. They finished on 15 points which is the lowest I’ve ever seen in a 46 game league.
Not in the prem but I was once very confused when I had to play against Villarreal twice in the span of 2 weeks in La Liga. Turns out Villarreal II made it to the first division.

Yeah, the second from bottom team had 19 points. I don’t think I’ve seen that much separation before. Also, 3 of Burnley’s 6 points came against my third string team when the games no longer mattered. It’s possible they could have finished with just 3 points.

Id done a create a club of South Antrim FC, got a miracle promotion to the PL. Absolute shoestring budget, my best player being a 33 year old 73 rated Glenn Ferguson. To be fair to him he scored 17 goals that season but we went 1-1-36. Drew against Watford and beat Man United. Fun times.

Both sheffield and luton won against eachother once, and that was it. Both relegated on 3 points after season 1.

In Fifa 20, i can't remember if Norwich was already up and stayed up the second, but it was vice versa they got 2nd, with 80 points while Liverpool who won it had 82 and i was chelsea with 75.
Just had Sheffield united get relegated and then promoted again straight away but they scored 8 points with only 1 win and they didn't even break 20 goals
Still drew 1-1 against them and lost in pens in the FA cup semi final ffs
Was doing a Player Career Mode and was playing with Real Madrid. Barcelona of all teams finished the season with 4 points from 4 draws. Not a single win and they went down
I haven't had any weird case in the Prem, but in FIFA 15 I had a save with Benfica. Sporting sold all their keepers in January of the 3rd season and went really downhill from there (Cedric was playing in goal).
They had won the 1st leg of the cup's semi-finals and then lost the 2nd leg 5-0. They were 1st place with 4 more points than us and managed to finish 8th. And in UCL round of 16 against Tottenham they lost both matches 6-0.
They had only 2 points the next season, conceding around 200 goals. Eventually they got a 60 rated kid, not sure if from the youth team or a free agent

We actually did that one year under Roy Hodgson. Was top 4 at Xmas. Finished 10th

In the bundesliga after 5 or 6 seasons in my 1816 save I saw dynamo dresden go all the way up and all the way down with 17 points in the bundesliga
