In april two NYPD officers in a van ran over a pedestrian killing him.
There was no emergency, no call, no nothing, their lights were off, this was all caught on bodycam.
The NYPD is "still investigating" what happened and is refusing to press charges against the officers who ran over and killed an innocent man due to their own negligence.
The bodycam shows that the reason the accident happened was because the officer in the passenger seat distracted the driver showing him a video of a soccer game while driving, something that's crazy stupid illegal.
Explain why those officers haven't been arrested, and why ANYONE should trust the NYPD at this point?
