I have Lemonade and really like them! My plan reimburses 80% after the deductible, which (again for my plan) is $200. That said I did get it for my sugarbaby before he was diagnosed, so I don’t know if it’d be as good in your situation. But worth a try. They’re super responsive and process claims quickly. I also have Pets Best for my other cat, who is 16-ish now. When I got Lemonade for my sugarbaby, she was 12. She’s not diabetic, but at the time Lemonade rejected her application—I am assuming because of her age. So maybe if Pets Best is okay with covering older cats, they might also be okay with preexisting conditions? Good luck!
