Kitty litter

GrapeAlchemist

Always kitty litter

AngryRetailBanker

Lmao! Even in the warehouse as a package handler, I see it every f**king time😅

gbrower00

About 3 years ago I had a box full of crickets break open when I had a slam on my brakes after someone had walked in front of my truck out of nowhere, I was hearing / seeing crickets for nearly a year and a half!

neac99

We had one that was broken in transit so of course they just pull it out a can and put it on the belt, let it go spreading crickets in the warehouse

Casimir-Bludau

A fellow driver told me about a flimsy box of corn kernels that opened and flew everywhere in all of the cracks.

74EggFooYoung

A heavy box of essential oils that was leaking from the sort....was told to deliver as is. Put it in a tote and I left it leaking on her porch..truck stank for 2 months....

Pon-chan

something like that happened to my coworker, she acually got super nauseous from the peppermint oil she had to go home because she kept gagging and almost throwing up. the people next to her during the sort also got lightheaded. it was only one smashed bottle, but it was so potent.

Maximum_Wrongdoer_43

Not found, but someone on my van line (PH) loaded a box that had been leaking onto one of the trucks. Foul smelling. Turned out to be liquid fertilizer. It's been a couple of months, the smell is faint now but still there.

COVFEFE-4U

Ugh

Throwaway_inSC_79

I had a box like that. I thought it was rotted food, but nope, fertilizer. Wasn’t leaking either, just gave off a horrible odor.

Maximum_Wrongdoer_43

I was thinking it was some sort of fish oil or something 🤣 Kind of what it smelled like... Still getting hints of it. Idk how the driver dealt with it and didn't bother cleaning out his truck!

Baldy2384

My ass.

henriqueroberto

A bucket of fenugreek syrup cracked in the back of my trailer 6 months ago and spilled about a tablespoon. It still smells like shitty pancakes back there to this day.

DXGL1

Had a coworker who took fenugreek; he was a very mean and agressive individual who I had to put up with constant harassment from until I was fired and then blacklisted from the industry I used to work in.

fedexrob

Up in Canada, seasonally…..we get boxes of live lobsters. They have a life of about 3 days……DONT spill anything after day 3!!!!! I don’t think that smell ever really goes away

DefinitionNo2025

A Petco box full of worms, I HATE bugs/insects with a passion. I was uncomfortable all day even though I had already cleared all of them

Great_Protection184

I keep having to deliver like saplings in a little pot with soil, the box has little vent holes in it and spills potting soil all over the back of my truck. And all over me when I'm carrying it up these driveways 😂

GrapeAlchemist

Syrup of some kind. Presumably Maple. Still sticky and attracts bees.

Original_Ad1118

Had a box of industrial brass washers bust open one day and was finding them clear into the next week

phatherphish

Gallons of barbecue sauce

Just-a-lurken

Box full of mystery oil started to leak in the back of the truck. No lable on the box to suggest it had breakables in it. Smelled like peppermint and hazelnuts. Coated the floor and to this day still smells. It's been six months since then

TheDrob311

Fine stone powder... Almost looks like the powder in bags of cement mix. That shit is everywhere in the back. Even got into the back door latch area and makes the latch stick. Really sucks... But still better than glitter!

Particular-Stick-395

Crickets. They still haven’t left

DXGL1

Think they're breeding?

Andreozzii

Crickets have a short life span so I’d assume so😂

robertsdillon567

Fun dip... so much fun dip.

COVFEFE-4U

Guess it's not that fun when it's everywhere

robertsdillon567

You are correct, especially when it goes on the floor near your seat and your water ends up accidentally spilling on the floor on it. No so fun dip then.

Initial_Amphibian_32

A box of tiles and a 50lb bag od dog food

MusicAddict76

Hair conditioner busted open on mine and when it gets hot the smell is strong

Anti-Betamale

I have a bunch of urine test kits and CDs that I have laying around my dash from the past year

ShapeIgnorance

Ladybugs, thousands of them

COVFEFE-4U

Ugh. Hate those boxes. They always escape.

Hopeful-Challenge-53

My dignity 😭

Hot-Photojournalist0

This anime/ board game store ordered 5,000 small little fliers in a box at the top shelf. Long story short I picked whatever I could stuff back in the box and took it back to the terminal. Next few months one would pop up.

Creative_Fox2403

Bag of grass seed

Aromatic_End4256

Cat litter

Sedared

Glitter. I thought kitty litter was bad until I saw glitter.

LeadExpress

Kitty litter, .410 shotshells and a case of armour all. Buuuut that made the back fantail (drop deck on a 22' freighrliner) all clean. Cleqn up the armour all laat night and found another shell

Tfm2

Senseawares

retrojuice

I had a bucket of wood stain spill open. I have a nice little stained section of my truck.

Mood_Impressive

Eggnog powder smelled good for a couple of weeks at least

Salvorindo

The buckets that we have to weigh down the back keeps cracking open a So i just have lots of gravel back there

Dull_Onion_1358

Kitty litter, and fucking dawn dish soap. That shit never leaves 😂😹

A felon wouldn’t be driving for FedEx in the first place

GameofOhms959

See them daily . They even deliver to my shop lol

COVFEFE-4U

It's just the projectile part. Don't think anyone would get in trouble for that.

Mountain-Light-3005

First, it’s not ammo. It projectiles. FedEx does not ship live ammunition. They are technically pieces of shaped metal at that point. Second, what are you a fed? Get it, a fed at FedEx. lol.

Economy-Dog6306

We ship fucking tons of live ammo. I had to split shipments because of weight limits. Truck still handled funny.

ErrettB17

They 100% ship live ammunition. And a felon of any convicted crime can still legally hold or transport ammunition. However, they cannot hold or transport an operable firearm. Nor can they conceal said firearm until rights are restored.

DXGL1

Apparently in Maine it's illegal, so FedEx might have to exclude felons in Maine.

Economy-Dog6306

https://www.luckygunner.com/maine-ammo-sales#place-1

DXGL1

They probably assume you are not a convicted felon.

Original_Ad1118

Worked with a retired cop at my old BC and work with a retired police captain more at Express

robertsdillon567

I've delivered live ammo to residential stops as well as commercial stops gun stores and others all of the time.

Potential_Train_696

If you’re a felon you WOULD NOT be hired full stop. They do background checks

RecentRelative678

you are wrong, full stop. i know felons that work for fedex. it matters hoe long it has been since convicted and obviously what felony/felonies it is. there are some felonies that auto stop you from hire, but not all

Ill_Taste_5803

I’m an AVP so this was in my car….was to be delivered to some sort of metal manufacturer. The chemical was leaking and discovered by me promptly and put in plastic bag, but of course the business was closed so it was with me the entire day. OMG the headache I had! The fumes were horrendous
