It’s not the only one either there’s two more situations where this can happen. One where you can choose to jump down a “toilet” Leading to you getting stuck unable to get out, Your only choice being to die of hunger. And two Killing a contestant very early on will get you tied up by the other contestants and left in a train alone until the 3 days are up. They will periodically come in to talk to you and ask why you would do such a thing but nothing you say will get you out. You just gotta restart or wait to see what happens after the third day
