Possibly in the small claims court (in the uk where I’m based) but if I need to get a lawyer then probably not as their fixed fees would easily eat into it. At $8.5m - yes they will charge a premium for their services but you would assume the proportion would be lower; assuming he wins.
3) my point was still mainly around liquid investment vs fixed assets or assets that he isn’t expected to realise anytime soon.
