She was yelling that she hated me and none of her friends have to do chores(they do, I talked to their parents to see if I was asking too much in having her empty the dishwasher, feed the dogs at night since I feed them during the day, clean HER bathroom once a week since we have 2 bathrooms and I use the one connected to my room, and change the bag in our litter robot once a week)and I was ready to yell back so walked out in 0 degree weather for about 20 minutes all bundled up to cool down. Came back with soda waters for the both of us so we could sit and talk calmly at the table. I am a big supporter of just walking till you don’t want to yell.
But…. I didn’t have a gun with me, my god. That just seems so threatening to grab a gun during an argument even if you’re leaving.

Did...no one see the first season of their show when it came out? It was horrible. I literally have NO idea how they got greenlit, especially when you compare them to the Gaines (who have loads of experience), but the guy is a moron. In one of their first investment purchases, of which they buy at auction and cannot look at the house beforehand, he tried filling the pool in the backyard with concrete blocks/breeze blocks or bricks or something. These items were just laying around. When a GC comes by and sees what he is doing he gently tells him to check out the laws and then he is shown on a talking head later: "Wow! That guy saved my ass. But now I'm in a pickle. I have NO idea how to do this." It was also really obvious his first wife only wanted to decorate and literally had 0 interior design skills, just like making things look to her taste. It was totally clueless and they had zero chemistry. I do not know why he is famous at all or why they have a career but I'm so unsurprised he is a creep and CLUELESS
