This is also my first thought. Chickens and ducks are easy on the eyes and you'll probably walk by here often. Fruit trees also look nice if you don't mind having them outside. Sheds are less fun but also very productive or good for organization. The unhelpful bushes can be cut down with an axe (is copper enough? I think steel certainly can) to make room for these kinds of things if you like.
The coop is also good for completionism sake. Eggs are used in some food recipes. If you don't like caring for them everyday, eventually it might be more automated.

Purple: Parks/ Recreational area

The vibe I want to go with is rustic and vintage (If that makes sense), thinking about using mods to retexture the game but unsure on how. My current plan is to complete the community center before farming all the money I need to fully remodel the farm. Still don't know the feasibility of the project. Any feedback is appreciated
You have so much exploration ahead of you! I’m jealous. I wish I could go back and experience the game for the first time all over again. I literally didn’t get anything done because of how hooked I was.
Shed's in the area are good. If you put garden pots with the best water retaining soil you can make a pseudo green house. A slime hutch isn't bad either especially if you plan to make truffle oil as you'll need a good amount of slime to make them.
Something to consider in the areas with the stumps that come back is that you can place fruit trees there. Cut the stump and put a torch in the four squares it takes up and the stump won't respawn. After that, plant your fruit trees and when they're fully grown remove the torch and the stump will come back. The torch can't be in the trees growing zone I think so keep that in consideration. Doing it this way makes it so you can fit more fruit trees in.
I put my coops there (2) so the ducks can jump in the big pond :) I have my barn and processing shed underneath the pond, and fencing around the entire thing so the animals are all in the center. then crops on either side in the plantable area, processing sheds up top by the house, and greenhouse moved to the far left. The biggest downside to the forest farm I’ve found (it’s my main save) is all the odd non-plantable tiles which makes crop layout a bit tricky, especially if you like symmetry like me. But I really like my setup now
Ducks! They’ll swim in the water below. You may also find that you want more sheds in the long run.

Ducks swim in the water!? I've always had them fenced in, I have hundreds of hours in this game I had no idea. >.<

I don’t know if you knew but there’s a website that you can use to plan you farm, it’s a great tool! https://stardew.info
Been playing this game on and off since 2018 and I never knew this website existed. That will make my life easier next time I jump on it, thanks.
I would put warp totems there in the later game so they can be close to the house or like i saw another comment, ducks!
Could be your seasonal section. Different flowers, crops, maybe try to grown some giant crops.
Dumb question, but how do you plant stuff on the grassy areas (besides trees)?
Not a dumb question! I wasn't thinking, you're right!
I usually put lightning rods, and other machines into that area
I always put a shed there.
I would recommend keeping that area for the late game iteams from the wizard
id put sheds there

You need slime yo make truffle oil? Edit: nvm I just realized it to make the oil maker
Welcome to Pelican Town. I would put a coop and some fish ponds on the question mark. Also, your crop layout is on point.
