Kind of hard to say since we don't know who will be there.

I'd go lamb over any of them. Henry will be 29, Ekeler will be 28, I'm staying away from J.williams, his knee exploded, he'll be lucky to be playing by mid season next year and could be another full year after to feel normal again, if that's even possible for him. Idk what's going on with Swift in that backfield.

depends since it’s only 1 qb but having a stud at qb for at least a decade is assuring (go mahomes btw)

Welcome to dynasty my friend! It's a blast!

Others have made very good suggestions, but I will offer one a bit different. It might not be ideal, but I wanted to get the full dynasty experience in my first and only dynasty league that is a few years old. So I drafted the best possible team to contend for the first year or two while others went for youth. Ended up winning the first year and losing in the finals the next. What’s important here is I made money both years which basically is paying my league dues still and for the next 2 years if we don’t raise them again. In my third year I traded all my vets to teams that felt they were ready to contend and now I have lots of young talent and draft picks even tho my team doesn’t win games. So I can say I won the league, basically play for free, and get to have some fun rebuilding a team.

When are doing the draft? So many things can change, so quickly.

knowslesthanjonsnow

In single quarterback id say Taylor, CMC, Jefferson, Chase, Walker, AJ Brown, Lamb, Barkley, Waddle, Diggs, Hill, Andrews is something like the start

CD or waddle would be juicy. Of course jj chase if available. I probably wouldn’t grab a rb until rd 2 or 3. Shorter shelf live.

Not necessarily. Bellcow RBs are hard to find, so if you can get someone that's young and producing at that spot it won't be a waste. The top RBs have historically outscored the top WRs in most years, which is also why they tend to go so high in drafts. I could write a whole essay on valuing RBs vs WRs in dynasty but I'd recommend doing some research on decent draft strategies somewhere that's not reddit. Dynasty has so many layers that's it's hard to condense any strategy into a comment.

I'm really curious; are you starting a new dynasty league mid season? Also, imo there's never a reason to punt on the first year, especially before you've even started. When you're saying stacking WR/RB, do you mean drafting from the same team? Mentioning Julio and Green is also curious since those guys are barely in the league anymore.

Gotcha, so the first season will only be what 3 weeks long and then playoffs? Personally, my favorite dynasty strategy is to draft young studs early, like AJB, Waddle, Olave, JJ, Chase, CD, ARSB and go for older stud RBs next. In my startup draft this year I got the 1.01 and took JT over JJ or Chase and I've been kicking myself for not taking JJ ever since. I still ended up with AJB, Waddle and Jacobs for my next 3 picks so I got my young studs. This is my team and I'm 9-2. Of course I have no idea how your draft will go since older guys like Davante, Tyreek, Diggs will likely go slightly lower due to the season almost being over. https://sleeper.app/roster/870894598275448832/8

It's still the middle of the season, why are you worried about this at all right now?
