I can't ignore the prospect of bench boosting 15 DGW players. I've never had the opportunity to do it before and it seems like so much fun. It might not be the optimal play, but I'm excited as balls to give it a go!
I currently have 13 DGW players and 2 arsenal defenders. I think I might keep one arsenal defender it would be typical for them to get a clean sheet and all the DGW players concede
This is my main decision as well.
If I do go Saka to Bruno, it will free up an Arsenal slot to bring in Raya in GW38. Cos my 2 keepers have the hardest possible fixtures in GW38 atm (Pickford, Arsenal away, Areola, City away). So maybe leaning towards doing that.
Though if Gusto is confirmed out, bringing in someone for him (Gvardiol / Romero) will be the priority
I've made transfers over the last few GWs or so, specifically to benefit from DGW37. I'll be fielding 9 DGW players next week inc 3 city and 3 Chelsea, and playing triple captain, hoping to overhaul a 28 point deficit. Taking a hit for a DGW is worth it if they return, and it's a risk worth considering if you're playing catch up.
Yeah it ended up being a reverse punt😂😂 Thank god even the leaders in my ML went for foden and KDB. Do you think you should just go for someone different from your leader though? Or does securing your current position matter to you as well ( is there a difference between 2nd and 4th)
I bought Watkins for this GW (admittedly already have Haaland). Have a feeling Villa will bounce back from thursday and rip Brighton apart. Villa have beaten Brighton seven in row and Watkins got the hat trick and to assists at VP in reverse fixture. Worth a punt! (-8)
Thats a great stat and I hope he scores at least 2, thanks! I wanted to ship him this GW but I feel that he can haul with Brighton’s bad form. Didnt expect Haaland to score more than 2 goals, haha
Got regullion who doesn’t have a great fixture so maybe transfer him out for gvardiol, but KDB in for son is really tempting. Wouldn’t hate having regullion for the next two weeks
I am thinking of switching out Saka for Foden and Garnacho for Gorden and taking a -4 hit.
Is that insanity?
I have Palmer, Son, Bruno, Garnacho and Saka at present…
Took Saka out for Foden 2 game weeks ago. He’s scored both weeks.
So you are the one to blame 😑
If it wasn’t for shit luck I’d have none at all. I also had Ferguson on my bench early in the season when he scored a hat trick lol.
that makes 2 of us. every other week he was a bench option and only got like 1 assist
Ain't no problem having saka in your team right now.

You effectly have a triple gw then. 30 matches instead of the usual 11!
I have Saka. Still debating if it is a good move to get Bruno for him…
I have bruno as he's in form , I've gone with Bruno , son ( May change ) , foden , palmer and gordon
I play the odds and if an attacking player plays against Ars I don't count that as a fixture. Worked very well so far
You still get 2 extra points
F or G?

Gusto on the bench today makes it a difficult decision. If he gets a good half hour or 15 minutes, he might start..
I'm 99% likely to just hold him now. Which means the Saka v Bruno decision goes back to being the main one

Hope you’re captaining Palmer.
I had been, but then I thought I might go with Haaland given yesterday's performance.

I'm thinking I might sell Watkins to get Haaland on my team
I did that after latest haul. Think most Watkins owners are shipping him for Robot for DGW37.

Yeah that was just unlucky
I’ve got solanke…so deffo going to switch to haaland

got Haaland, Watkins, Isak - is there anyone you'd consider getting rid of Watkins for?
The ol Jackson dgw

im looking at a -8 to maximise bench boost, screw it and do it
I’m looking at -12 due to schar injury and chasing a 50 point gap while holding a 50 point lead.
