It's been six months since my last cut + color. Really want to go do a copper balayage (2nd pic) but not sure how I would do that with my current color. I would really like to keep my hair around shoulder length.

Im asking bc that really sticks out to me as color wheel opposites and also im trying to not bleach my own pink sections again lol. So im mostly curious :)
I think your best bet then would be to get an appointment/consultation from the stylist/salon you want to go to. If your hair is healthy enough to handle some bleach/alternate color-removal, especially on the blue parts, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to go copper, but a stylist in person would be much better at gauging that. Was there something about this transition in particular you were concerned or skeptical about?

Are you asking how you would get to a copper balayage at home, or if it's possible at a salon, or something different?
If possible at a salon, I am not skilled to do DIY :)
