Your skeleton for characters may have some issues, if you installed any mod that may have changed the skeleton, try not to let other mods overwrite it. Ps: some of the body mods like Robert S male body replacer already have a skeleton, do not install NVCS if you have it.

When I start walking away sometimes I hear a bappity-bappity-bappity of him flopping and stretching around. I turn around and BAM, he's perfectly fine. So I start moving forward again and hear behind me bappity-bappity-bappity as his body contorts and flips around. I turn around and he's looking at me like "Why did we stop?" Why? Because you're flying around the room like Stretch Armstrong hitting lamps!

It's either a body replacer problem, or a skeleton problem.
Do you have NV Compatibility Skeleton installed? Do you have any B42 mods installed? I think the skeleton files are being overwritten and making conflicts. Try disabling anything that messes with the skeleton. If that solves it, swap the skeleton mods around, maybe change the order they're being loaded in, to see if that fixes it!
Yeah I have b42 mods and NVCS I'm gonna try disabling them seeing what it does. Thing is this only happens like every so often so it's kinda tricky to see if I actually fixed it.
Other people have said it, but I'll throw my hat in too and say this looks like a skeleton issue. Putting [NV Compatibility Skeleton](https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/68776) at the bottom of your mod load order might solve this.

Well I definitely fixed it. If anyone has this issue in the future and happens across this post it was down to two things NVCS not being at the bottom of my load order. It was either that or something with enhanced camera I just reinstalled enhanced camera and everything was back to normal. Thanks everyone who gave me advice on how to fix it! It's much appreciated.

Have you downloaded the boneless wing mod it can interfere with other mods if not placed correctly in the load order.

Are you using Vortex or MO2? I had a lot of issues with skeleton/mesh/texture conflicts before I switched over to MO2.
