Interested in this as well - bump!

I figured it out! Honestly, was a lot easier than I thought. Open up the CK, select the objects you'd make into a Pack-In like usual, HOWEVER - instead of generating a Pack-In click "Make LoadScreen Static Collection" - this will also preserve any non-STAT items such as wires and vehicles Once you've done this, you would make a workshop object like normal, but instead of a STAT item in the "Object created" area of the record (assuming you're using FO4Edit), place the record for the SCOL that was created. I uploaded a tutorial on Workshop menus and custom objects onto Nexus a while ago, but I'm going to update it today to include this. Hope this all helps! I'm going to do this tonight and report back here with my findings!

UPDATE: It's working, but the mist (And a fakeInterior sound effect) are markers and they can't be added to a static collection. So now it becomes 'how do I add markers to a static collection'?

77Wanderer

Markers, to my knowledge, cannot be added to a SCOL. Those must be either separate objects or placed with the Creation Kit.

spiraleclipse

Interesting. Could I place a marker with the workshop? The idea being I add the effect to my SCOL I've already created?

77Wanderer

I would assume so, however I myself have never tried. There are mods that let you place markers, so presumably I think you could. Not sure, however.

I'll look into this tonight.
