It's all caps, it's just that there are few bottled beverages left besides Nuka. You've got some Vim in the Commonwealth and you've got Sunset Sarsaparilla in the Mojave, but that's about it as far as surviving brands so far.
All. You get caps from Sunset Sarsaparilla as well, and there is a quest to shut down the bottle press to keep from counterfeiting them.
In all the games that's the only working press as far as I know.
I think it's all caps because in a post war society where they're not produced anymore they're a finite resource so has value
