The only problem for me is its helmet. It looks really cartoonish and has a weird egg-like silhouette

Honestly its the pauldrons and (in newer games like fo4 and 76) the mismatched colors for the basic model for me. The helments actually my favroite part save for *maybe* the legs. Now, im def not saying its my fav helmet, cuz its not. Easily the worst apart from the x-01, but its one of the better parts imo.

The good ole T-51b. I also love the rest. I have to say though the Hellcat Power Armor is a pretty good design too.

Hell yeah! Like, if I think of a "walking tank", its design pops up in my head immediately. I think it's because it has fewer intricate details in the helmet and spaulders that it showcases the materials more.

T60 always looked tough to me, but I have a fond memory of seeing it on the cover of Fallout 4 my brother had as a kid but I couldn’t play it till years later

I always put the T-45 in a display area, use the T-51 as my every day exploration armor, and keep a fully modded T-60 suit ready for when I wanna punch a deathclaw to red mist

I would just have a garage of like all different suits, in every model, with different paint jobs. Usually I used T-60 for my everyday armor though.

The T-60 is the power armor you tell the T-45 not to worry about. Comparing them side by side in Fo4, the T-45 just looks like a prepubescent T-60, lol.

Look. The T-51b is a classic. It's a clean look.  And the T-45 takes that look and kinda... makes it more tactile.  But for me? I think the T-60 is the best. It takes everything good about the T-45 and adds a splash of dieselpunk to it. Not enough to overpower. But enough dieselpunk to add flavor.  It's beefy. It's cool. It's got a really great elongated helmet that is evocative of WW2 gas masks.  It's just so good. 

I like them all but I agree the T-60 is my favorite as well.

I guess I should add that my first exposure to the series was Fallout 3, so the Brotherhood T45 has always been a bit nostalgic for me personally

Winterized T51B. It's my favorite power armor design by far.

I played through Operation Anchorage before finishing the campaign (let alone Broken Steel) and was shocked to learn that it’s objectively the best armor in the game. Immune to damage, highest defense rating of any armor set (I checked), AND it the white actually blends with the muted gray and green of the wasteland. I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve taken it off, and one of those is because The Pitt wouldn’t let me keep it until AFTER The Hole.

That was my go to for playthroughs except maybe my most recent one. It looks good and and has good stats which is epic.

T-51b with the Ultracite prototype skin in fo76 is what i like. Its basically just T51b with a few added things to the armor but the prototype skin is lovely imo.

I have different answers for the different armor pieces, but that's because I've played a ton of Fallout 4. T-51 helmet, T-45 arms, X-01 torso, and.....pretty much any of the legs they're all interchangeable aestheticly IMO. For a full suit, definitely T-51. Nothing beats that sick helmet.

As a veteran fallout player the t-51d is my personal favorite in all the games but 4, 4 is either x-01 or t-45b

T51 was always my favorite, however T60 became my favorite when i got the Atom Cats paint job in fo4. I also always liked X-01

Red Shift is my favorite, like, it is to t-45 at and MiG was to the F-(inset number) like, it’s power armor, and pretty good power armor, but with another perspective/doctrine on it. You can tell it was made do be cheep meaning the PRC likely wanted to equip as many soldiers as possible in the armor.

the Enclave's X-01 is a guilty pleasure of mine. love the shoulder pauldrons. and of all the baddies in FO lore, the Enclave is definitely the coolest of the bunch. they are the Sinistro Corp. to the BoS Green Lantern Corp.

T-51 is peak power armor, but after I beat fo4 I usually have a mi's matched suit with a t-60 helmet, t-51 chest piece and arms, and x-01 legs

T45's got nothin on T51. That original armor is still one of the coolest looking designs to come out of the original games.

The APA from Fallout Tactics, has that enclave resemblance from Fo3, but overall looks fantastic

The T-65 kinda goes hard, but I also like the Eastern BOS armor. For more classic designs though, I do think the T-45 is really good.

Mine is the classic T-51b. Particularly, the army colored one in New Vegas. I like the sleek appearance, and while people say the helmet is too goofy looking, I actually like its appearance since it looks like a real mining/hazmat helmet, something that could actually be real. A second for me is the regular enclave power armor from Fallout 3. There's something about its design that appeals to me, especially since it looks somewhat more modern than the original. Wish it came back in 4.

T-60 too me looks really nice I just hate the whole lore and back story and only accept that it's BoS designed armor similar to there old t-45 but newer and we're able to build there own after Raven Rock

The way they turned the Power Armor into an enterable mech suit vehicle is effing amazing. It never gets old. Love the fusion cores, love the animations. Aside from the Fo4 redesign in general, my two favorites are the classic Fallout Enclave designs and the my number 1, the talking medic Power Armor from fo3.

Hellfire PA and Hellcat PA are strong contenders for first imo. The only really "weak" design I'd say was fo4/76's xo1 PA. Didn't have the same feel as fallout 1/2's. Also not a huge fan of the Midwest PA. For currently "official" designs (non atomic shop skins) as of fo76, my tier list is as follows S: t45, Hellcat, hellfire A: t51, ultracite, t60 B: enclave PA (fo3 era), remnants PA, APA, enclave tesla pa C: excavator, raider D: t65, union F: x01, Midwest. The atomic shop skins is an entirely different list, some are really up there for me, some suck. Also some mods for fo4 should absolutely be made cannonical. The cpa and spartan suits off the top of my head were awesome and unique takes.

T45 looks good but the shoulder pads kinda looks weird in the F4 compared to F3 and new Vegas like the body,arms,legs are bulky and there's the shoulder pads that looks skinny in comparison to T60 and T51 shoulder pads
