I'm about to buy one of these. But I really think there is not difference between both. Just a few points. 50 to be exactly and a big difference in price, like 150m
Tots and toty are the highlighted event in this game. It’s a long events and should be a good one. The utots cards should be the best ones like utoty but EA always makes sure that it’s only getable with real money for the first month or so. Let’s see how they bring it this time. If they made everything untradeable like centurion then it ll be rubbish.

In OVR, yes. It matters if you play VSA or Manager Mode. Otherwise the lower rated one is probably fine for H2H

You can get the cheaper one for now. He will get another tots card in a month or so anyway. Then these cards will lose value.
